The only 1 small issue was the grass and weeds left on back patio and firepit area. As a resident of Florida I know that storms come up fast this time of year. the yard was well mowed before our arrival, but was not weeded and blown clean. “Cute little place, had everything we needed. Little firepit, private dock with canoes and fishing poles. We really enjoyed the direct water access to the small lake. There were some ground hornets while launching the boat which we informed owner of so they can address that. Owner was very responsive to questions. I was a little nervous about the neighborhood driving in but nobody bothered us. The entire property was fenced so my pup could enjoy the yard with privacy fence on the 2 sides. It’s...

“This house was the perfect location for our group. It was central to many state parks/springs and activities. The house was spotless on arrival and had plenty of space for our group of seven. My back appreciated the memory foam mattresses. The decor was very warm and set a comfortable atmosphere. The owner was very responsive to questions about check in, which was very easy. This house was definitely a good value. I would stay again. ”

“Perfect place for our mini retreat. The open floor plan and additional living room were perfect. Outdoor area was very nice too. Only issues was trash left in the garage and some areas needing additional cleaning like cold air return and bedroom and bath by the pool. ”
