Not sure where the apartment was and there was no email response. When we finally got the communication, there were wrong instructions. We ended up going to the wrong building.They didn’t provide an apartment number.They also only provide a UK phone number. How will any international traveler contact the host ? There were no instructions about the Wi-Fi, No instructions on operating the appliances, We were not even able to warm the house! The thermostat didn’t work and there were no instructions on how it works !After struggling to gain access late in the night, we got a call at 6 in the morning!!! Seriously. No shampoo, no washing soap, no salt, no condiments. Worst experience
