Retreat to the primary bedroom featuring a king-size bed and a full ensuite bathroom for ultimate relaxation.
The first guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the second guest bedroom provides two twin beds.
Both guests bedrooms are sharing the second bathroom.

Gather around the dining area for memorable meals together, prepared effortlessly in the full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, range with oven, and coffee maker.
Plus, you can pack lightly knowing there`s a washer and dryer available for your convenience, ideal for extended stays.

Villa Verde is a brand-new house, located in a new subdivision that is still in the development stage. There is still some construction going on in the area and not all roads are paved yet.
Shopping and downtown Inverness is about 3 miles from the house.

Car recommended.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in.

Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.

Parking: A maximum of three (3) vehicles is allowed per property.

Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the home.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.

Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition upon departure.
