Waterfront Retreat with Kayaks

This house is situated on a small waterfront lot surrounded by woods giving it a secluded feeling, but close enough to restaurants and shopping to stay connected to civilization. Two kayaks are available for guests to explore the Hernando Lake chain right from the backyard. Turner Camp Boat Ramp is also close by providing access to the Withlacoochee River. This is a great place to relax and enjoy nature or be active exploring the areas attractions.

The Space
The kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances. Linens are provided with extra’s available in the linen and bedroom closets. There is one tv in the family with Dish network. Internet is not available at our property; however, cell service is available. We recommend bringing your own mobile hotspot if you need to stay connected.

Please note, we only have 1 bathroom, and we are on a well and septic.

Guest access
The whole house except the mechanical room is available for guest access.

Other things to note
You are staying in Florida nature. You may see an alligator, snake, or our local turtles. Please take care and be alert when enjoying the outdoor space.
