“The Cozy Cottage is darling and very comfortable! The white and black farmhouse style has lots of great natural light and is a joy to wake up to. The cottage is dog friendly, which is an huge plus. Outside there is a fire pit and the cutest little chickens. We would stay again!”

“The property was just as described. Everything was neat and clean when we arrived. Was able to have the kids and grandkids over for a back yard BBQ and everyone had the space they needed. Good location, close to shopping and downtown Marion. Host reached out and checked to make sure we were getting his messages and if we needed anything.”

“Booked this last minute for family coming in for a graduation. Great location that is a short drive to any part of CR, Marion, or Hiawatha. Looks to be newly remodeled. Way more spacious than it appears from the outside. Family said it was comfortable for sleeping and gave it a thumbs up. Gorgeous kitchen. Great communication by the owner. Will definitely keep in mind if we need to book a place again.”

Beautifully decorated, clean, accommodating and lots of little touches. They thought of everything! The backyard space could not have been better. Several spaces to relax and hang out, space to play cornhole and a fire pit. We will most likely be back in the area over the next several years and hope to stay...
