“Even though there are positives in that this hotel is located in a quiet area and has ample parking I do not know how it is rated a 4 star. The decor is from the 70’s and needs a serious update. Even though the website says there is a fan in the room I had to go down to reception and ask for one. The carpets need replacing and there is no ramp into the reception area so you have to carry any luggage up and down stairs. No fridge in the room either. “Room was small but clean.
As the weather was very hot they had put a small fan tower in the room which was extremely noisy but did cool the room down.
Paid £13 each for breakfast and you had quite a good choice. Tea/coffee, several fresh juices, hot food cooked for you which was excellent.
Nice bar area to relax.
The price for our stay was extremely good value and we would definitely stay again.”
