“連泊する際、タオル回収と新規タオル提供にタイムラグがあり、タオルが部屋にない時間帯があった。海やプールに入って、部屋でシャワーを浴びる機会が多いホテルなので、常にタオルが部屋にある状態になるようにしてほしかった。”
