“Room was excellent. The only issue is that no meals are provided. Apart from a Pub with frozen pizzas (2 minute walk) or burger van in village, you will need to eat in Dungarvan (15 Kms) before you arrive”

“A lovely warm welcome with a real family feel to the B&B - extremely helpful too. The rooms are very comfortable. The breakfasts are outstanding using many local products and the extra homemade treats are delightful. Location is lovely with surrounding countryside - highland cows, sheep and deer whilst at the edge of the village.”

“Place looks amazing from the outside and you don't get dissapointed when u step in.
Only two or three things that need improving
1. The toilet doesn't have enough flushing power, sometimes you will need to flush twice
2. The shower enclosure could be bigger.
3. The door to the room rattles at times. Most likely due to another room to be opened.
Apart from the above, the service given by the owners were great and I will recommend coming to this place as its also very close to the town.”

“This place is truly something special - the staff were attentive and soooo helpful! The house and the grounds are an absolute delight and the drinks were a nice touch in the evening. topped off with beautiful breakfast!! Would HIGHLY. Recommend - I want to go back already”
