Steph & Dave were terrific hosts. They went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Our apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We made this a short working getaway, and were able to work from the kitchen area with no problems. There are plenty of restaurant options within a short walk, and the town is a great place to take a quiet stroll. We've been to the area a few times recently, and it has been refreshing to see the progress this family is making in restoring their downtown.

This place was absolutely perfect for a stay near the black river! Super fun and modern decor. The kitchen had lots of space and washer/dryer was nice for our hiking/float trip. There’s a nice front searing area as well where you can meet up with your friends/family each evening. Pickleball court was a great bonus! Loved your place.

It was wonderful! Very modern with multiple amenities! Having the courtyard to relax in and watch the cars go by was so nice! Plenty of room for a big family! The owners actually have an adorable boutique and coffee shop down stairs! Stay and grab you a coffee and you won't regret it!

Ironton Getaway

The apt. was extremely clean and comfortable.The pillows were amazing and the view from the living room was so cool looking over the courtyard and very quiet street.The kitchen was well stocked with any appliance you could imagine to create a gourmet meal(cute pink fridge). The lighted mirror was a plus in the bathroom, so was the washer/dryer and walk-in shower. Pickle & Perk cafe downstairs was a clencher, the best cappuccino in the USA and breakfast and lunch items were all delicious.We really enjoyed talking with Stephanie and Dave during our stay.5 stars for the aptartment, cafe and pickleball court will definitely be bringing us back here again soon.

Cute and Comfortable

Our family stayed here for a short Memorial Day weekend get away. It was not only comfortable, but had all the necessary amenities, and nicely decorated. It was perfect for our needs and highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay in Ironton

We had a great stay and were so impressed with the design and beautiful furnishings. We enjoyed all the personal touches and the apartment had everything we needed. David and Stephanie are gracious hosts and it was so nice to talk with them and discover they have so many wonderful plans for other projects in Ironton. They serve up amazing coffee and Stephanie’s boutique had a great selection of stylish clothing and jewelry. We will definitely be staying here again.

Stunning place

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was beautiful and the courtyard area is so cozy and comfortable. We loved playing pickleball and the food was wonderful. The owners are the nicest and most accommodating people! We really enjoyed this place and can’t say enough good about it.

The best VRBO

The best VRBO!!! First class!!! They didn’t miss anything! Best comfort, design, with high end appliances and utensils. Will recommend this to everyone. The owners make the stay so welcoming and inviting. Pickle ball court is an extra bonus with the want to buy everything boutique! Cafe sooo good as well! No negatives at all!

Perfection

This was the most adorable property! We came in town for a mtb race at Shepard mountain and I feel like I really lucked out finding this little gem! Extremely clean, well decorated, comfy beds. It provided us with all of our needs. The owners were beyond accommodating and communicative. The yummy cafe was a definite plus. I even got some adorable booties in the boutique. We will stay every trip to Ironton (hopefully).

Excellent boutique feel

We were so impressed with all the little details, the design and decoration, the light up mirror, the rain shower, the amazing kitchen, and the location was perfecting for our hiking adventures. We enjoyed getting to know the owners a bit a breakfast, which was amazing too! We will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous!

My husband and I booked this rental for a motorcycle trip and found it to be a fabulous place with fabulous owners who own a fabulous coffee shop in the same building as the rental. We so enjoyed going down several times a day for our coffee fix and amazing bakery treats. The apartment is adorable. David and Stephanie were such fun to get to know. Stay at their fabulous rental and you will not be disappointed.
