Quisimos quedarnos una noche mas y como no habían mas habitaciones, se las arreglaron para prepararnos una pieza improvisada y se mostraron preocupados de que no nos faltara nada. El wifi no funcionaba pero tb me facilitaron su computador. Un agrado realmente este hotel.”

“The staff here is truly excellent. They are kind, efficient, and easy to communicate with. This includes the front desk, the restaurant staff, house keeping, the spa, everyone! The room is spacious, clean, and well designed. The food is tasty and the buffet options are plentiful if you want a quick meal. My only issue is that the internet is a bit spotty, but they sent a technician in promptly to address the issue and I was able to stream shows on my laptop. The pool is also great. The spa...

“We stayed in a cottage it was spacious and we had a balcony. Forest view birds chirping in the morning and the sun streaming in perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and lots of choices. Activities throughout the day. Infinity pool spectacular views of the mountains. The property has a spice garden and tea garden you walk through. They have a bonfire each night with dancing it was fun. I will be coming to this resort again and highly recommend it.”
