NUNCA VOLVERE A UN EMBASSY
PRIMERO PIDEN UN DEPOSITO DEMASIADO GRANDE. TE COBRAN EL ESTACIONAMIENTO 30 US DIARIO AUNQUE NO LO UTILICE. EL DEPOSITO NOLO DEVUELVEN RAPIDO. LA LIMPIEZA DEL CUARTO ES PESIMA SOLO UN DIA DE LIMPIEZA POR 5 NOCHES LOS DESAYUNOS CADA VEZ SON MAS MALOS EN LOS HILTON.

No limpiaron los cuartos por 3 noches de estancia.
El hotel está muy bonito y conveniente pero el problema fue que debido a la actual pandemia estaba cerrado el restaurante , el bar y la alberca, pero lo que si no entiendoy no se justifica. El no hacer limpieza de los cuartos durante la estancia de 4 días y 3 noches. Creo que debieron hacer la limpieza con mayor razón no hubo ningún aviso por adelante y cobraron lo mismo. No se justifica el no limpiar los cuartos, lo demás lo entiendo. Gracias

We look forward to opening our restaurant once normal business levels return which would support this opening. The hotel does not offer stay over service at this time during short stays in order to enhance the safety of our guests and associates. We appreciate your understanding.

I thought the staff were great. Nothing about my rating is their fault. However my room was not super impressive in cleanliness. The building is a couple years old evidently. But overall the service, the food, the breakfast and drinks were good enough based on price. I would stay here again.

The staff was very accomodating. the room we had was great, almost a small apartment with kitchen/TV area and a separate bath and separate bedroom. With breakfast and a couple daily drinks, it was a good value.

The parking lot is separate from the main building that is difficult to reach when is raining like in my case plus the security parking guards gave me an internal fine notification on my car since I didn’t put the hotel small tag, I don’t recall even if I get one to put on my dashboard. I think the hotel should be doing some system more modern or automated instead papers or manual process. Just because the parking I am giving this score.

Embassy Suites in Irvine offered a delightful stay! The complimentary breakfast and drinks were a highlight, adding value to our experience. However, the unique presence of clothing boutiques on the second floor brought an unexpected twist, with the pacing women creating a bit of an oddity. Despite this, the staff was exceptionally nice, and the rooms were impeccably clean. The quirkiness aside, Embassy Suites provided a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. If you can embrace a touch of the unexpected, it's a great choice with friendly service and clean accommodations.
