We enjoyed our stay @ jobos Beach. We had 4 kids with us ages 12-17. We felt safe and comfortable letting them have the freedom to explore on their own. We were disappointed at the huge amount of rules at the pool. It was not kid friendly at all. No balls, no jumping, no drinks. They would come over the loud speaker and yell at you.No playing ball on the grass .. there were also very few lounge chairs. It was windy a few days so the beach wasn’t an option to play at. The gym isn’t actually available to you unless you own the unit. The beach is an easy walk to where you can swim. A few good restaurants you can get to easily. Coffee, food trucks!

Condo had most essentials and very comfy beds. We had issues with cold showers the length of our stay that unfortunately did not get resolved despite communication with host. Location was on point and made the entire stay being close to Jobos beach and the walking trail, bars and restaurants. I would recommend beach chairs be added to your condo for guests to use and also wine glasses. Noone wants to drink an alcoholic beverage out of a coffee cup. All in all, it was comfortable and great location.

The location was great as it was close to Jobo beach. However, the apartment was lacking. First and foremost, the parking assigned to the unit is so narrow that when cars are parked in each side of your vehicle you can't get in as you can't open your door. I had to enter through the back gate of the car, at 70 and disabled that was a tremendous challenge. Moreover, the toilet was not functioning properly and it was resolved on the last day when the Septic tank of the unit was cleaned out. The unit only has one TV which is not ideal. The towels provided were awful as it felt like one was drying their body with sand paper. The sliding doors to one of the closets would repeatedly come off its tracks. Only one room had a chest to put clothes, the rest of the rooms only had a bed and we had to live off the suit case, not ideal. In addition, house roaches were frequently spotted in the kitchen, not good. Not enough hangers in the closets. The balcony we were afraid to use as we tried to open the curtain covering the doors and it was not easy so we stopped trying as we did not want to break it. The mattresses were flimsy and very difficult for older folks to sleep in. Entertainment was also lacking as there was only a dominoes table, nothing else. I have stayed in many locations around the Island as I visit 3 times a year, and this unit was clearly the worst of all of them. We had a wonderful stay and had a great time. Great location near all Isabela beaches, gas station next door, beach bars at Jobos Beach very close. The only thing that was disappointing was the pool hours were very limited and didn’t get to enjoy it!

Great family time!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment had everything you need; well appointed, equipped kitchen , great appliances, easy access. I was impressed with the cleanliness!! Also, these are beach apartments, so there will be the usual wear and tear due to the closeness, but super well kept. The complex itself super clean and friendly. The beach right in front is NOT for swimming, but the famous Jobos beach is 4 mins by car or you can even walk if you want. You don’t even need to bring your own beach chairs or umbrellas because you can rent them there, and there are many great restaurants. Also, highly recommend that you go to By Chef for dinner. It’s 20 minutes away by car but you will NOT regret it!!

Great place to stay!

Great location. Walk to the beach, food trucks at the end of the drive, lots of restaurants up the road or walk to them on the beach. Bed in the master was very comfy and it was nice to have 2 full baths. A jug of cold water in the fridge was SO appreciated! Lots of towels, plus beach towels. . Everything was great! We have stayed at Arnaldo‘s many times as he always gives us a great place to stay! The condo is clean and comfortable. In a great location- beaches, pool, lots of restaurants within walking distance. Arnaldo is a great host. Always available if you need something or have a question. Would highly recommend!!

Beautiful location

The area was beautiful the location of the apartment was amazing. A lot of rules and regulations. which is expected because it is a residential area. The only drawback is that the apartment needs some updating. Maybe some nightstands in all bedrooms. Etc. Other than that. It is a great place. The owner's communication was GREAT! I do recommend.

I loved the beach view and the pool. The apartment was spacious and clean. Quiet apartment complex which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend to others looking to stay in that part of Puerto Rico.
