Perfecto paraíso tropical de vacaciones de 5 dormitorios en Shacks Beach

Villa Sol a Sol ofrece el mejor alojamiento de 5 dormitorios en Shacks Beach. Disfrute de impresionantes vistas del océano, terrazas cubiertas, parrillas para barbacoa, TV de pantalla plana, WIFI y hermosos jardines. Esta villa tiene 2 pisos con 2 habitaciones en el 1er piso y 3 habitaciones en el 2do piso. Cada piso es totalmente independiente con su propia cocina totalmente equipada, sala de estar, baño y porche cubierto exterior. Mucho espacio para que todos se extiendan y disfruten de la propiedad. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y tienen nuevas camas Serta queen size.
Hemos instalado un generador de energía para toda la casa para su comodidad 24/7. Además, hemos instalado un sistema de captación de agua de lluvia como respaldo para los servicios públicos de la ciudad. Hemos instalado sistemas de filtro de agua de ósmosis inversa en cada piso para proporcionarle agua ultra pura y desalentar las botellas de plástico de un solo uso. Traiga sus tazas Yeti para aprovechar el agua más limpia posible sin plástico de un solo uso.
Hay tres duchas exteriores separadas y un patio trasero muy bien empapado. Hemos instalado un bastidor SUP y bastidores de tablas de surf para el almacenamiento de su equipo. La propiedad está cerrada y rodeada por un muro de hormigón con macetas en todo el perímetro. El jardín está iluminado por la noche con iluminación profesional del paisaje. La villa cuenta con grandes ventanas de rejilla y ventanas con mosquitero para disfrutar de la brisa del Caribe, así como ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones. Hay bares de encimera de caoba africana cubiertos para cócteles, cenas o simplemente para pasar el rato. El suelo es de baldosas y hay una pasarela exterior de baldosas alrededor de la casa. Cada unidad tiene nuevos refrigeradores grandes de lado a lado con agua filtrada y hielo. Las cocinas están totalmente equipadas para preparar comidas y hay muchos buenos restaurantes a poca distancia para su placer culinario. Nuestro alquiler de 5 habitaciones incluye 2 unidades separadas completamente contenidas. Alquile ambas unidades por $ 400 / noche o $ 2500 / semana más 7% de impuesto de relaciones públicas sobre el alquiler total. Si no ha estado en esta área de Puerto Rico antes de que el propietario esté en el sitio todos los días y pueda dirigirlo a los mejores lugares para cualquier cosa que pueda necesitar.

La ocupación máxima es de dos adultos por habitación. No fumar y no mascotas por favor. No se permiten fiestas grandes o ruidosas. One word to describe this gorgeous property is "Paradise". It is absolutely beautiful, Vrbo pictures don't do justice!Dale is a 5 host! The house has everything you need and more. We had a family group of 10 and the accommodations were excellent! Very, very comfortable and more than enough space for everyone.The beach is just steps away! You can't beat the location and the views from the upstairs balcony are simply amazing!!!Dale, thank you so much for making our weekend get away an unforgettable trip! We are definitely coming back soon!

Perfect Beach Stay

We had an amazing stay at Villa Sol a Sol! The house was clean, spacious, and perfectly located just a short walk from Shacks Beach. We especially loved the outdoor showers, the multiple chill areas (inside and out), and the fully stocked kitchens. The generator and water system gave us peace of mind throughout. Dale was super helpful and responsive, he checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home in an amazing location

This beautiful home was within walking distance of an uncrowded beach with excellent snorkeling opportunities. The house was immaculate and spacious. Dale was on-site every day to answer questions and give recommendations for food and activities.

We Gathered from All Over at this Wonderful 5 Bedroom House at Shacks Beach

Overall Impression: Fantastic! This house is right at the beach--less than 100 steps from front door to the sand. Clean with updated amenities. Owner was helpful, friendly and accessible. We would absolutely come back again!

This is a beautiful place with great access to the beach. No complaints about the property. Stayed with a group of 10 adults so we filled up all 5 bedrooms. This number of people puts a strain on the 2 bathrooms, ideally this place could probably use another 1/2 bath but that's a bit nitpicky. Loved the place and would love to go back.

Amazing House & Location

This house was perfect for our spring break. With 5 bedrooms (first and second floors) our group of 8 had plenty of room. The location was wonderful. Steps away from a great beach. We enjoyed listening to the surf and Dale is a wonderful host.

Great spot!

We loved our stay at Dale’s property. He was an excellent host. The location is unbeatable- didn’t have to wear shoes! Beach was right there! Apartments were excellently equiped- they even have a water filter which saved us and the planet from buying bottled water. We will be coming back next year!

Loved the location and the home, steps away from the beach and Dale was helpful in pointing out an area to swim in the ocean. A neighbor’s barking dog was the only issue.

Family getaway

We booked our trip to see my wife’s side of the family (first time in about 5 years) so we wanted to make this trip extra special and take them to the beach with us as well. Everything about the house was perfection; it was in pristine condition, extremely well-kept, everything easily accessible and closer than we even thought to the beach! The pictures don’t do this property justice, Dale was an excellent host and we hope to be returning when we come back to visit. Thank you again Dale!

Beautiful area

The property was great. We used both floors, two bedrooms on the bottom and three bedrooms on the second floor. Kitchen and bathroom on both floors with a sitting area. A couple of outside showers and a faucet to wash sand before entering the house. One of the bedrooms on the bottom floor does not access the kitchen/bathroom area from the inside, but no big issue. Dale is great and very unobtrusive, check in and out was a breeze Dale walked us through the property in the beginning and showed us the two car parking area. A third vehicle can be parked about 50 yards down the road. Beach access is just about 60-70 yards away. There is coral just off the beach from the house, but not too far away is open water. Would recommend and would stay again.

20th Anniversary Celebration

This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. We rented both floors and it was nice to be able to each have our own space. We all loved the beach and snorkeling. The kids loved the hammock. The seashells on the beach are amazing. We were able to see a lot of sea urchins and starfish. The hose at the end of the driveway for rinsing off is a sand lifesaver! Dale, the property owner, was easy to contact and quickly answered our questions. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Beautiful!

Dale’s house really does stand out as one of the most beautiful property’s in the neighborhood. The landscaping makes you feel like you’re in a tropical paradise. Everything was top notch. We have 0 complaints. If we ever return to PR, we would definitely stay here again. Make sure and visit Ola Lola’s and The Eclipse, both of which are just down the street. Only two things to note-bring or buy beach towels. They are not provided. Also, the ground floor unit- it is two bedrooms. BUT, one of the bedrooms has a separate exterior entrance. Fine for adults but wouldn’t work well for young children.

Nice Weekend at Isabela

The property is in an excellent location. Steps from the ocean. The house was confortable for our group of 9 (we rented the 2 units). The only thing that for me was a bit uncomfortable, is that there are no table lamps in any bedroom. If your wish to read a book lying on your bed during the night, you have to turn on the fan/ceiling light. Dale was a nice host and the communication was great.

Villa Sol a sol

This visit was a return to the island where our family lived 20 years ago. Our stay at Villa Sol a sol made this monumental trip better than we could imagine. The property is a piece of art in itself. The landscaping, outdoor spaces, and pristine amenities with the sound of ocean waves present at all times was a delight to the soul! The lane the home sits on is beautiful as well, with flora and fauna that are both breathtaking and relaxing. We woke up each morning to see the sunrise with our coffee either right on the beach or observed from one of the balcony seats. We snorkeled every morning at the Blue Holes on site for an hour or so before the daily adventures we planned nearby. Evening sunsets were breathtaking and part of our early evening routine after showers (plenty available with the outdoor ones present.). We cooked or would take the short stroll down the beach to The Eclipse restaurant (part of Villa Montana) or down the lane to our favorite spot-Ola Lola’s Tiki Bar. *Highly recommended! Dale was very kind and helpful. The house set up has mostly anything you desire. When we did ask for something, he provided immediately. A couple things to note, gas stovetops but no cooking ovens. There are Microwaves and a grill. No dishwashers or laundry so plan to hang dry all of your wet items on the line provided, and hand wash dishes. Our family of seven fit quite nicely on the two floors as we rented both units. If you are looking for location-the blue holes are steps away. Beauty-unsurpassed views everywhere you look! Cleanliness-not a single bug in the home. Safety-we probably shouldn’t but we left the doors unlocked almost the entire stay. If you are looking for an amazing atmosphere for your next experience on the Isle of enchanto, this is your spot!

Amazing Value

The property was Awesome. Surfing right outside the door. Dale provided us with amazing value for the money. Hot water, clean, well kept, amazing spot. Will be making repeat visits to Dale's VRBO. Right down the road from Jobos Beach, restaurants, and bars. Lots to do close by. I highly recommend this rental. Did I mention Horse back riding within walking distance? By far the best place I have stayed in all my trips to Puerto Rico 🇵🇷

Great and beautiful home for large family

Thank you Mr Martin for allowing us to stay in your great and spacious home. We rented entire home to accommodate some out of town guests for my daughter’s destination wedding. House was super clean and in safe area. You had everything available for our large group. From plenty of towels, and basic essentials. Dale was available for any questions. Great customer service!

Great property manager, beautiful house, unfortunate circumstances

Our trip unfortunately coincided with the arrival of hurricane Fiona over Puerto Rico so we had to evacuate the property after staying in it for a day and some change. Nonetheless, it was a beautiful property literally right next to the beach we love, it was exactly what we wanted! The 2 dogs on the property were extremely loving and well behaved despite having been slightly chased around by an almost 1 year old which we are so grateful for (those dogs deserve all the love in the world!). Other than the weather, the house left little to want and my family looks forward to being able to return. We would definitely recommend the property to others.
