“My family of 4 just returned from a weekend stay at this lovely place! It's clean, new, comfortable, extremely close to the beach, quiet, and has a very nice shared pool. The entire resort is only 4 duplexes so the pool was never crowded. The host is caring and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend booking this place for your stay on AMI, and we can't wait to come back!”

“Good location, nice little pool & hot tub. Our condo was a 2 bedroom/ 2 full bathrooms. The bedroom on the left was a tad bigger and stayed cooler. It has a ceiling fan that has a remote to make it faster, which was nice. The bedroom on the right was warmer & the ceiling fan only had 1 setting on low. The bed was very uncomfortable and they definitely need a new mattress in there. The pillows were horrible too. Both bathrooms are ok. Not big, but definitely fine. There were plenty of towels in...

“This house is in an excellent location halfway between the bay and the gulf, on a street very close to dining, shopping, etc. and yet quiet. Took only four minutes to walk to coffee shop, eight minutes to the beach and restaurants. House was perfect for our family weekend vacation. We all enjoyed the pool. Washer/dryer on site was convenient. Check in was super easy with door code. Property was clean. Everything worked out well, no issues.”

“We had a wonderful time at Coconuts 106! Seeing the ocean as soon as I entered the kitchen each morning was pure delight for this Iowa girl. Steps from the ocean meant quick walks on the beach or reading outside with the sound of ocean waves a breeze! And an outdoor shower right outside our door for convenience as well. AMI Beach Cafe is about a mile walk away for food or coffee. The place itself was very clean and had everything we needed- shampoo, conditioner, coffee, utensils, towels, beach...
