We noticed there was a strong Urine odour in the room and the hotel staff could smell at as well, so they moved us for the night so they could have the room deeply cleaned. The next day we went back at the end of the day to the room and could smell the odour again and found it in the bed. It seems that someone must have wet the bed and it was stinking up the room. “Decepción. La piscina no está en el hotel como se indica, se tiene acceso a la que está ubicada en otro hotel a 20 minutos caminando. Las fotos de la habitación tampoco se corresponden con las de la descripción. El baño perdía agua, en la ducha había un agujero que daba a recepción... el pomo de la puerta estaba roto... Por este motivo nos hicieron un upgrade las 2 últimas noches al otro hotel y nos regalaron el desayuno. Así que pudimos estar en el hotel que realmente habíamos reservado aunque...

There is a large pool, grocery store across the street and fabulous bakery. The on property restaurant is a must for breakfast or lunch, serving the best cafe fredos. Zozo was the hotel attendant and she was so sweet and engaging and making sure you had everything you needed. The amenities are not often seen in hotel rooms. We enjoyed the steam shower, the massage chair (multiple times a day. A lifesaver from all the walking), and the jacuzzi! The mini kitchen was nice and big yes! to the nice tvs. The location was perfect and walkable to all...
