“Upon arrival, we found the description of the property to be very accurate. The house was clean, in good working order, and well stocked with essentials to make vacationing easier (e.g., microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, etc.). All of the linens were provided including kitchen towels, beach towels, and bathroom towels. The washer and dryer were described as small, but we never had an issue because the cycles ran quite quickly and there was a convenient clothes line for air drying....

“Considering the nightly rate I expected to have basic supplies in the house. There was a quarter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom with no extras, a quarter roll of paper towels in the kitchen with no extras, no dishwasher detergent, enough charcoal for one meal and the queen bed upstairs has nasty disgusting stains all over it. I didn’t notice this until I stripped the bed the day we left. I would have put blanket between me and the mattress if I had known. We had a dog and they asked...
