“Next door to very noisey people unfortunately with their TV very loud till midnight. Shame that people don’t think of others when staying in shared spaces. Food was good. Very convenient place to stay Staff very friendly & helpful”

“No contact with staff other than email. Room wasn’t serviced to expected standard. Tradies working from very early in the morning. Older place that needs some refreshing.”

“Cabin was not cleaned. There was mould near the bottom of the shower. The extra beds we paid for weren’t made like I was told they would be. That caravan park itself looked like a dump. I have no problem with the permanent residents, however, the management might need to talk to them as a lot the permanent sites looked like they weren’t maintained at all. Will not be back.”

“Close to everything- a little road noise but nothing unusual - room super clean and staff amazing- only thing no power points beside bed for phone charge etc meant cord accross floor but this manageable”

“We arrived to find little containers of milk in the fridge, as the room was not service daily these were not supplied again. Having to make the bed myself when I am paying a lot of money for the room is very disappointing. The TV had no sound and had to watch the news in silence. I managed to find some staff in the carpark, the young man was friendly and helpful but did say that it had happened before and that you had to press some button on the back of the TV. “The manager was more than accommodating assisting us to have a quiet room upstairs. Rooms are clean and tidy. Bed linen is high quality and comfortable beds. Love the addition of cereal included in the room We''ve been staying here a few times on our drive up and down QLD. Good safe place and ideal with kids with the pool and entertainment when eating in the beer garden”
