“The property is just out of town, but close enough to go in anytime. It is on a busy road, but once on the property you are sheltered from most of the noise. The facilities and environment are lovely. However, some property maintenance is needed to keep it looking amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is no lift, but staff are willing and able to assist with baggage. The pools were lovely, but need a little maintenance. Breakfast was limited for an Aussie, but sufficient. Restaurant...

“There seemed to be a pack of dogs in the area barking all through the night. One about 3 doors down from our room that appeared to belong to a staff or manager there. The walkway was gated with a sign to keep closed to keep the dog in, the stairs smell of dog urine and the steps were dirty. THe room we were given on check in did not look like the one pictured and had only one bed. We objected and were moved to the type of room pictured. “El hotel es agradable, esta cerca de Alona Beach en moto, el hotel pone transporte para ir a la playa a las 5:00 y te recoge a las 21:00h. Tiene transporte de vuelta al aeropuerto/ferry pero unicamente es a las 12:00h. En general bien...no esta mal, pero si quieres no alquilar moto o poder caminar a los sitios esto esta lejos.”

“Property and room was great. Clean and nice, and pool is awesome, location is awesome by beach. Property is beautiful and staff is friendly. The only thing we didnt like was the food, ordering from menu was expensive and not much food for the price, and some was not tender and adobo mostly bones. I would eat somewhere else next time. The only "food" exception was the free breakfast was very good and generous.”

“Lovely design, comfortable rooms, good ac , wifi not bad but sometimes connection is unstable, shower is not hot, was power shortage once (in 3 days) The staff is very helpful (advisory for local activities, helpful with communication with other hotels/resorts , luggage care. I highly recommend to order chicken soup, it's incredibly delicious!”

Ich hätte nach 30 Tagen Ausreise müssen oder für die restlichen Tage ein neues Ticket für aus und wieder Einreise zu kaufen und das habe ich abgelehnt, da es mit mehr Kosten verbunden war.!
