Went 2 days without replacing towels, emptying bins even though the room information advised this was daily, and had no door hanger to request services. “The place is tucked away off the roads so it feels isolated and away from the hustle of the surrounding streets. The check in process was easy and the staff was amazing. We ate a few times at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent.
