“Second time staying here. Little hiccup checking in. Just make sure to contact the day before. Love the place. It's really beautiful, clean, comfortable. The location is amazing. I like it better than beach front. More to watch on the bay. We saw dolphins every day. They have beach towels and chairs for those of us that fly. I left an umbrella for the next group. "Excelente hotel, fácil acceso con el vehículo, rápido check-in, hotel muy bonito empezando por la fachada, lobby, área de la piscina , elevadores y la habitación, todo limpio , desde que llegamos tuvimos muy buena imagen e impresión. Excelente servicio al cliente de todo el personal desde los señores del valet parking, la atención del lobby en especial la Sra Helena fue excelente, nos hizo sentir como huéspedes VIP sin serlo, Housekeeping. Muchas gracias y Felícitaciones a todo el personal, regresaremos el próximo año. "
