“Recommended 100%! I will stay again! Love it!!”

“The unit was smaller than what I expected but all we really needed for 2 ppl & it was very clean. Weather was beautiful so we spent a lot of time at unit out on screened in lanai which was nice. Pool was shared with the other units on property but also very nice. The host was extremely helpful when I had an issue with washing machine that was really nobody's fault. “We had a great stay. We came with my z4 year old son he loved all the beach toys and wagon to the beach. Host was wonderful and communicative.”

“This was the perfect setup for us and our two girls. Plenty of everything you need in the place. Very close to Nokomis beach! The pool was also very clutch. We recommend beach first, then a dip in the pool to cool you off. Try Pop’s and the ice cream spot. All walking distance. 10/10!”

“Great place. The yard was wonderful for the dogs and the house was nice and clean. Everything as described. Would highly recommend”

“We had an awesome stay while in town for a wedding. Thank you!”

“Perfect for 2 adults and 3 children. Spacious and very clean. Pool was warm & inviting. Grounds are well kept. Perfect location!!!! 5 stars from us. ”

“Had a wonderful time at Nokomis beach. The house was plenty big enough for our family of 11. Loved having the separate apartment. We enjoyed the pool and use of kayaks and paddle board. Thanks to the owners for allowing us to stay.”

“All good”

“This is a very nice spot and so convenient to so many things. FYI, we could not get the TV in the living room to work. May need to be checked. The only thing that was a little disappointing is that a very large family took over the pool for the whole weekend so it was not really open or welcoming to anyone else. Great group place.”

“Everything was great about our stay. Very clean”

“The Flamingo was great for our 3 person family. The pool was not very busy and we had it to ourselves when we wanted to use it. The access for beach amenities was excellent and saved us some extra purchases, ie skimboard, sharktooth shovel. The screened in porch with a drying rack for suits/towels was an added bonus. Would recommend and would stay again!”

“Great location!”

“Mark was very helpful, everything was great. I would recommend Escape to anyone.”

“The property was immaculate and inviting! The beds provided great comfort, and the air conditioning was just right. The house was well-equipped, with beach items being a fantastic bonus. The location is unbeatable, and the beach itself was stunning. Highly recommend—10/10!”
