“I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available. I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel.”

Baška is still a great place for a truly relaxing beach/outdoor vacation. We have always enjoyed the hiking trails, good food, and the many beaches. Wir haben zudem ein kostenloses Upgrade des Zimmers bekommen und ein wirklich top modernes sauberes und gut eingerichtetes Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick bekommen. Der Spa Bereich ist auch sehr schön, es gibt ein Salzwasser Schwimmbecken und diverse Saunen. Ansonsten ist das Hotelpersonal durchweg sehr nett und zuvorkommend gewesen.
