When leaving, they were laughing and not helping at all…… the second guest had health issues devices to be plugged in and cannot stay in the room because the electricity outlets were flickering”

“I had high expectations for this resort because it came highly recommended by family members who have stayed here several times. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, our villa’s floors were dusty and dirty, and the pool was so cloudy that it did not appear safe to swim in. As a Florida resident, I know what a properly maintained pool should look like. By the time we checked out, the pool was crystal clear, which made it even more disappointing that my children missed...

“Great location and the view from the room was spectacular. We arrived early 11am and were lucky to get early check in as room was available. Breakfast was very good. Spa and indoor pool was good and gym better than average (though watch your head if over 6ft!”

“Good allround place not enough choice of restaurants -buffet food ok considering huge amount of guests - could do with more choice of ala carte resturants booking hard and3 days in advance with very poor menu with out paying - considering we paid £1550 for a week we would expect better”

“The staff was friendly and helpful, however the hotel is not very close to restaurants or markets and the hotel only offers breakfast if purchased. You defenitely need a car to get anywhere. The property is beautiful. The walls of the hotel are very thin and someone brought their dog that barked so loud it was kind of upsetting in the morning.”
