“Magnifique hotel”

“La zona muy tranquila pero la casa necesita mantenimiento y una buena limpieza.Cuando llegamos tuvimos que limpiar dos baños,al día siguiente tras llamar a la propietaria vinieron a limpiar.La propietaria muy atenta y correcta.”

“Ubicacion maravillosa, y si la villa estuviera bien conservada, seria fantastico, pero la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Utensilios en mal estado y sucios y la piscina sucia. La casa necesitaba varios mantenimientos porque ya esta un poco vieja. Cuando comentamos en la agencia que la limpieza dejab mucho que desear, nos dijeron que era por los incendios de mala manera... Aun asi, la estancia ha estado bien.”

“Inez was a wonderful communicator and extremely helpful. The Villa is very pleasant and generally well equipped but there were some important gaps. Perhaps the biggest was the absence of window screens given the number of bugs. Second was the fact that all the beds were made up as singles but we were 5 couples. We understand that all the beds were singles but there should have been double top sheets and blankets available. The third shortcoming was that there was a single small coffee maker and...

“We had a wonderful week in mid Sept in this villa. The villa was so well equipped and the pool was immaculate. It was wonderful to be able to enjoy the views of the hills from the veranda, and the luxury of our own very private and big pool in the heat of the day. The villa has everything you could need to self cater, with a good choice of supermarkets and shops in Sao Bras. We liked that although the villa is very luxurious, it also.has a homely feeling, so we felt we could relax. We loved...
