“The place was quite a bit smaller than we anticipated. That is certainly fine, but we had some other frustrations. The couch was clearly white at some point, but was dirty and grungy. We had difficulty with the air conditioner, as it was not marked and we confused for the heater. “Great communication from David and loved the flexibility in allowing us to drop off our luggage before checkin. Good location for the price, however, as others have mentioned, the room smelled quite musty. I’m unsure if it was due to the rain when we were there, but there were ants everywhere. They crawled onto the sofa bed and the side table (even when we didn’t have food on the table), making it a quite uncomfortable and disappointing stay.”
