“Well located and everything as described, very easy access and good communication with owner, I reccomend this apartment.”

“Awesome! Good flat in a very good neighborhood!”

“I was very happy to find the air conditioning worked very well, as I was there during a heatwave. The kitchen was nice to have. The shower was moldy and the button to flush the toilet was finicky. The main room was very dark. There was construction on the building happening, so there was noise during the day, but it was quiet at night. The location is great!”

“We loved staying at this rooftop apartment! The views were spectacular and the apartment had everything we needed. It's well air conditioned and everything worked as expected. The apartment was quiet and the beds were comfortable with blackout curtains to help us sleep well. There was a little confusion at check-in but Pascal responded very quickly and was incredibly friendly. We could tell that he cares about his apartment and guests. He even told us about fireworks happening on our last night...

“We had a great time in the courtyard apartment. The neighborhood was lively (but the building quiet) with great pastries and restaurants nearby. The apartment was comfortable and accomodated our large party. Excellent A/C in the main room and some of the bedrooms. Would be great to have coolingin all bedrooms. Still would highly recomend.”

“Accommodation to be avoided at all costs. The entrance is in a dreadful state, and as the flat is on the ground floor, you’re forced to keep the double curtains drawn. Everything is either broken, non-functional, chipped, cracked, scratched, or in a sorry state. The bathroom has numerous mould stains and the bed is far from comfortable. Furthermore, although we had booked for a couple, the sofa bed in the living room was set up as a bed (impossible to convert back to a sofa), so we had no choice...

“Great location”

“It would have been nice to know that there was no elevator up to the 5th floor. But the location was excellent. I would rent the property again ang again.”
