The house had everything you could need, the coziest kitchen, books and toys for the kids, beach towels, beach things, and the best part, the owners are so lovely and provided so much info on the area and their family history which made it really special. “We didn’t know what to expect. It was quite remote but the scenery was amazing! Nestled in Uig bay , with a community shop and cafe only minutes away in the car. “Everyone should put it on there bucket list. The owner was outstanding, very informative and helpful in all aspects of the trip. I would highly recommend the motorhome option on the Hebrides — but only —if people are comfortable driving a large vehicle on some very tiny Scottish roads. “Fabulous stay at the Hebrides Bothy. Very comfy bed, lovely and warm bothy, good cooking facilities and fridge. Shower was lovely and hot. Games supplied, and Netflix available too. Bluetooth speaker available for playing music. Suzanne made us feel very welcome and provided some yummy cakes. She also provided a blow up mattress and extra bedding.
