“Great staff, clean room”

“This is a great place for day pass and overnight weekend staycations. Feels like all is designed for you to stay outside of your room. The lap pool, the jacuzzi and the wanna be beach pool are great. The huts around them are super comfy and great to lounge. The gym is okay. It's just small. The Oasis bar is so convenient but the menu isn't that original. Try their oasis maki. The room is spacious but poorly furnished. There is just 1 chair and no wardrobe. Just a steel structure to hang a few...

“Good”

“We were treated like VIP. Excellent Staff. Highly recommend. Only thing is the room are a bit on the small size but you dont book that type of place to stay in the room. Some places don't just take your breath away — they give it back to you, slower, deeper, better. 🌊 Blue Deep Resort in Padre Burgos, Southern Leyte is one of those places. The water here is so impossibly clear that you can look straight down from the surface and watch the coral gardens below — no mask, no fins, just pure...

“Bra triv8”

“This is a tough review for sure. Let’s start with the amazing. The STAFF it’s absolute first class amazing. The food at the Q restaurant is very good. The morning breakfast is amazing!!The location is perfect for getting around. Now the BAD We were upgraded to Room 704 which is a family suite. Beautiful room. Unfortunately the smart TV did not work and the Wi-Fi was nonexistent. We did asked to transfer rooms which ended up being 401. Much smaller room with the queen bed but at least the Wi-Fi...

“Great hotel, great location, right across the mall. Everything is close from it. Pleanty of restaurants across the street and the hotels buffet is good also. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and well mantain. Hightly recommended”

“The place has a new owner, thereby the room is very sparse, no glasses, no hangers, the cr drainage is not functioning well, no bidet (hoping for at least a pail with tub)”

“Está bastante bien. El servicio en restaurante es bastante lento a veces. El personal es muy muy simpático pero bastante despistado. Por el precio que pagamos deberian tener más detalles en habitaciones y hotel en general. ”

“Vel was the best, was just a quick last minute stop over. But the property manager was amazing. Even drove us then picked us up after a nice restaurant dinner at a fantastic place you would never know without her recommendation.”

“We loved this place.”

“Had bed bugs and would allow to switch rooms. Got bit up. Terrible experience”
