“Clean and nice”

“Staff was very … well, rude. The front desk at least. Room service was laughable, no knife with pork chops, had to request our drinks 3 times ( for water ). Food was so poorly prepared. Just bad. Fish was soggy and old tasting. Pork chops were the driest meat I have ever been served. Judging by the Luke warm temp, I would guess they were in a chafing dish precooked Just Terrible. Most extensive check in process including an eight part waiver of liability. It was prepaid through Expedia...

“Está bastante bien. El servicio en restaurante es bastante lento a veces. El personal es muy muy simpático pero bastante despistado. Por el precio que pagamos deberian tener más detalles en habitaciones y hotel en general. ”

“The room is clean and spacious for 2 people. There is a bit of issue in the bathroom but the staff came in to take care of it and the WiFi is good also. I like that there is a jug of water by the hallway where you can get hot or cold water. One thing I would like to improve is that it would be nice if there is a floor bath towel to avoid the floor being so wet. Thank you”

“Vel was the best, was just a quick last minute stop over. But the property manager was amazing. Even drove us then picked us up after a nice restaurant dinner at a fantastic place you would never know without her recommendation.”

“Breakfast is nice especially when its prepared especially at the price point its uard to beat, people are friendly and respectful. Plenty of room. Would recommend to fellow travelers.”
