The guardrails (and some floorboards) are rotten and have completely lost their structural integrity. It’s a 15 foot drop. “Quiet, convention location. House is old, has had lots of pets, and smells it. Bedrooms do not have windows that open ...they have window a/c units that you must run to get air into the rooms, otherwise very stuffy. Those units make a lot of noise affecting sleep. ”
