We loved Coral Ridge House. Our host picked us up from the ferry and arranged a tuk-tuk ride and a stop at the grocery store before we went to the house. She was amazing and helpful throughout our entire stay. Quick to respond and very helpful! The house is absolutely stunning. We rented the upper level, 1 bedroom and it was more than enough room. While we didn't cook much in the house, the kitchen is fully equipped and gorgeous. We spent most of our time on the deck which was amazing. Beautiful views of the sea, ferries/boats as they traveled by and the dive boats at 3 different spots on the reef visable from the house. One of our favorite things to do was watch the iguanas on the ridge right near the water. We called the bigger one the "shore boss" as he chased other males from his territory and flirted with the girls. Most of them were Highlander but we also saw some green and the infamous Swampy iguana and lots of geckos in the yard. The location of the house was perfect for us. It was much quieter than in town - a little windy at times but we solved that by moving to the side of the deck. We rented a golf cart. Getting into town is walkable but we explored the entire island so a golf cart was perfect. The Point restaurant and bar is a couple houses down the owners, staff and food were amazing. Very American but delish! We highly recommend this home! If you're looking for a beautiful spot outside of the town, this is a perfect fit!
