“Highly recommended house, full equiped with all you will need (kitchen tools, towels or wifi to name a few) - as shown in the pictures. Locations is perfect right by the sea and with a parking space in front. In top of that, both Betty and Oswald were very cheerful, friendly and helpful throught the whole stay! We’ll repeat if we are back to Exuma. Albert”

“From the first moment Rachel (host) was very attentive to us to make our stay as pleasant as possible. She gave us the option of using bicycles to move around and lent us some hammocks and coolers to go to the beach. The accommodation was very clean. It's great 100% recommendable.”

“This place was perfect for us to walk to store & also meet friends on the water. A few things need repaired but overall it was spacious for our family of 5. Landscaping is perfect. Staff & Nancy are delightful. It’s a little bit noisy with construction nearby, but fans help keep that to a minimum. Loved & brought extension cord recommendation from another family. Met lovely neighbors. Would stay here again!”

“Cornell was quick to respond and had great suggestions for food and places to go. This location was perfect for us, as we don't like a crowded area. The drive to and from Georgetown, when we went, was not bad at all. I love this place and woukd stay again. Do be aware that there are not any doors on the bedroom or the bathroom.”

“Finally received a text message while on our flight from miami to georgetown after messaging the owner/host via vrbo because I had not gotten our check in instructions (red flag number 1). After landing in Georgetown, I received a message that stated our apologies but the house was double booked by mistake for 3 of our 6 day stay. The host offered another house supposedly similar and closed to where we would be staying, both were lies. I was given a link for directions to a house, when we got to...

“Each morning I woke up, made coffee, and took it to one of the Adirondack chairs at the point, where you could watch the sunrise over Stocking Island. That was amazing. The room we had was delightful. It was simple, and bit older, but it was clean and had what we needed. It would have been hard to cook full meals in the kitchen, but it was perfect for light breakfast, or heating up leftovers. The location is amazing. It is a one minute walk to the government dock, which is where many dive trips...

“House is adorable and located on a beautiful stretch of water. Best is balcony stretching entire back of house. Easy access to rest of island. Would definitely return.”

“Overall the place was fine. Everything worked as it should. We normally stay waterfront but opted for a small kitchen area and ended up here. It is on the opposite side of the road from the water. Exuma is beautiful but if you’re looking for a lot of activities, this is not the place. If your looking for beautiful beaches and white sand, this is the place to come.”

“We chose this place as a delayed Honey Moon since we got married in Covid. It surpassed our expectations. Waking up to these views and the sound of the water and birds in the morning was very relaxing. Mrs. Nancy was a great host and friend during our visit. You get so much more than a place to sleep here. It’s walking distance to everything you need ( conch salad , boat rentals, water taxi, liquor store, provisions, restaurants, and of course bars. We will definitely plan another visit.”
