“When we arrived at the property on a Wednesday, there wasn’t anybody else there. We did not “check in” as there wasn’t anyone on site. The door was unlocked and key on table. No problem. We actually loved the seclusion. We were very happy with overall time there. Definitely renting a car next time as it’s far from everything. “Another amazing stay at Canuck Palms. This home has everything you need, beach toys, snorkel equipment, beach bags, towels, rolling cooler. A nice back deck to grill and relax on the lounge chairs in the evening after a day at the beach. Heather responded my messages promptly, which I loved. “Blue Marlin is a really sweet little bungalow in a complex of about 6 others. Its a stones throw from the beach which is pretty much deserted! There is a pier to fish from (they don't advise swimming except very close to the shore as there are sharks and a lot of fast boats traveling in the area). There are kayaks for free which you can use. On Sundays the restaurant has an all you can eat buffet which was really good. The large dock was ideal for relaxing by the water, and the outdoor showers were a big hit with the kids (they didn’t want to shower inside after trying them!).
