“My 1st review was removed and the property telephoned me on my private cell phone to basically "tell me off" - contravening the privacy policy of Expedia. The property itself was fine. The suite was clean, spacious, nicely furnished, and very quiet. My only concern was this hotel had no staff and no office. I booked by Expedia under the term "Hotel", and received a message asking me to fill out and sign 3 forms which I did and then provide a $350 refundable deposit which I did as well. I then...

“Difficult review to do - this area has been damaged by hurricanes and it’s very evident in surrounding area. This mom and pop type motel was built in the late 50’s - a small one story brick building with only 11 units. The owners/ managers aren’t on site. When we pulled in, we were ready to leave. HOWEVER - the owner happened to be there and showed us the units. They were spotless. Floors were clean, beds had nice white linens, towels were big white and fluffy. Small refrigerator and microwave....

“This property is old but quaint. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom has an old-time sink and there is no flat space for the things you use in the bathroom. We were on the second floor of three but there is no elevator. The breakfast choice was unique and great. You receive a certificate for a local restaurant. Overall we would stay again.”

“No problems with checking in - the guy was very nice and helpful. The hotel was only open for three months after being closed for a year and a half for remodeling. We were on the first floor (the elevator was broke, which didn't affect us) away from the lobby and had no noise issues, though we got there later and were getting up earlier. The hotel is right next to the beach with a short walking path through the dune at the corner of the property. Our room was a 2-full bedroom with a sofa bed....
