“The hotel is old and it hasn’t received an update in a while, that is our main complaint. Also, it is a bit far from everything, and there are some festivities that have been shut down, for example, a pool in the beach. Also, not all restaurants open every day, and we had some days at the beach where the beach restaurant was closed and that was really inconvenient. Aside from that, the staff is really helpful.
