“While the house is older and showing its age, it's a beautiful location and the host was extremely nice (even left some welcoming gifts). ”

“We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The home was very clean, and well stocked . The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect. We highly recommend this rental.”

“We had a very pleasant stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The house is well equiped with everything you need although I missed a dryer (drying outside is possible but was not an option because of the rain chances). A clothing rack to dry wash inside would be useful. The only disadvantage of the house is that there is no wifi, but we could borrow the mobile internet device of the hosts during our stay.”

“St Johns Peninsula offers the most panoramic view we have ever had--Donegal Bay to south, Atlantic to east and Killybegs harbor with stunning views of Slieve League in the north and Benbulbin, Sligo, and Mayo to the south. The newly renovated cottage was cozy and up-to-date. Access to hikes, scenic views, and historic sites was very convenient including the conveniences and good food in Killybegs. The host was very responsive. ”

“The setting is absolutely gorgeous. Walking along the shore was spectacular and a few of us actually took a dip in the water. My son was able to play at the golf course, which is walking distance from the home, with his third cousin! The house was clean, well stocked, and very spacious. I loved that the living areas were upstairs, so we could enjoy the beautiful view. Communication was fabulous. Our local relatives told us, “you got the best house in the area!” ”

“The house is wonderful. We had a problem with the upstairs showers after the first evening. It could happen with any property. It was solved quickly. The house location is superb, beds are comfortable. The house has everything you could need.”

“Wonderful home- clean spacious peaceful setting gorgeous views -comfortable furnishings and beds lovely bathrooms- modern appliances and design -(FYI clothes dryer has a small water tank that says it needs emptied every 30 washes but in reality had to be emptied after every wash) we did contact VRBO support and owners for help using that and never received any reply- really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return at any time! Bonus sheep sightings with your morning coffee! Short drive to...
