Hotel says renovated but the outside curb appeal is a bit rough but the rooms inside themselves are clean and somewhat new with neutral smell - nice view - and super great to open the balcony doors to let sea breeze in. “We were not aware that people & animals were living in the house at the time we made our reservation.Had a woman below us that, verbally threatened us, entered our ‘suite’ twice without invitation & screamed at us for being up late & talking (no security between downstairs & upstairs for us I tied a rope to this door knob to the stairway hand railing so as the door could not be pulled open again, but it was! Also no locking door between shared laundry & our suite used a chair to secure this...
