“Excellent location! Just a few short steps to the middle of shops and restaurants. The cottage is exactly as advertised. Extremely clean and very tastefully decorated. Nice touches like quality bath towels, snacks, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet despite being so close to all the shopping. Will definitely stay here again! Talia and Gabbi are excellent VRBO hostesses. ”

“We enjoyed our weekend at your lovely pool home and hope to do it again whenever we're in town visiting family.Having spent the previous 20 years in local hotels whenever we came in to town, I can't believe we didn't look at this option decades ago. Thanks again and we will see you again soon!”

“We had a truly perfect stay! The home was spotless, the beds were super comfy, and the welcome basket was such a thoughtful surprise—it made us feel instantly at home. Everything was exactly as described (or better!), and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!”

“We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent...

“We had a great stay at the Cozy Bungalow! It is a beautiful place and just as the pictures and description. It is a short walk to downtown Mt.Dora and in a beautiful neighborhood. Steve is a great host and we would definitely stay there again!”

“Great AC great amount of doors for patio. Great location. I’ll probably be back next year.”

“The house was great! Great location! Comfortable adjustable beds. The owner, Kristin, was amazing! Super responsive, friendly, and thought of everything we might need. If I thought of something I wanted, I opened a cabinet and there it was! She even went to the house to leave an extra beach towel for us before we arrived. I’d give her more stars if I could. Highly recommend!”

“Clean, cute cottage in a quiet neighborhood close to town. I lived a few blocks away in the old neighborhood near Stetson for many years. Felt right at home.”

“We really enjoyed ou time here. The private pool was nice to have on days we didn't travel to Disney or the beach. Cocoa beach is just a 1 hour and 9 minute drive away and Disney resorts were 45 minutes away. Casselberry has a lot to offer with restaurants and shopping close by. Perfect place to enjoy a vacation! Thanks!”

“Checkin was very easy. The host was great. Very responsive. The cottage is really cute. It has everything you need even though we were there such a short time that we didn’t get to take advantage. ”

The house gave us everything we needed to host a small, intimate dinner party for his immediate friends and family. Very clean, well-supplied kitchen, tasteful decor. Alexis was very responsive to our needs. Would definitely stay there again.”

“We loved our time at the "Brick Haven" in Mt. Dora. The host, Steve, was very communicative and the house was easy to get into. 4 min walk to a Foxtail Coffee was a huge perk, and 6 min walk to dinner in the heart of downtown. Plenty of room, everything was clean - would stay again. ”

“This is an excellent property for one or two couples. It was very clean and well-appointed. The kitchen is roomy and has up-to-date appliances: range, dishwasher, and refrigerator. We also took advantage of the washer/dryer stack, using it for several loads of laundry. There is plenty of closet space and a really nice walk-in shower in the master bathroom. The garage is a little tight for a large car. We have a Honda Odyssey. There was enough room, but not much extra on the sides or back. Still,...
