“We love our stay at Plantation Bay. Excellent service, great amenities. My only recommendation is to have more gluten free options in their restaurants. My daughter has Celiac Disease with Type 1 Diabetes & she has limited food selection here. ”

After weeks travelling South East Asia, I am sure to say this was the worst hotel and experience I have ever had in my life regarding a hotel. - Overpriced. For the same price you could enjoy other 5 star resorts in the area that are much better in all terms of quality and service. -They offer no services that are for free. They will try to overcharge you all the time, at checkout they tried to charge us extra drinks we did not order. - Poor quality...

“Muy buen hotel, aunque un poco caro, sobre todo las consumiciones dentro del complejo. Magnifico desayuno y muy buen servicio con mucho personal y buena disponibilidad en cualquier circunstancia. Los baños van requiriendo una actualizacion ya que es un cinco estrellas. Muy buen recinto y buen mantenimiento aunque la playa se queda corta cuando el hotel esta lleno.”

“毎日きれいで目の前がプール、部屋の前にもテーブルと椅子、洗濯物干しがあって 水着干せて最高でした！ レストランも美味しかったし、喫煙所もあり、ホテル内に小さ目ですがこどもの遊び場もあり。 ホテルの海は入らなかったですが、夜の散歩も出来ました。 お土産やさんでアクセサリーも買えました。 ホテル外のマリバゴグリルもブランコあり&雰囲気も料理も美味しかったです。 セーブモアも徒歩ですぐ、換金もセーブモアで出来るので便利で、 小学生の娘達も大満足でした！”
