“This house was perfect for us. Grateful that Bill was able to accommodate us. It’s the perfect location in Oak Bluffs, a quick walk to Tony’s and a nice walk to the harbor. The rooms are spacious and with a little coordination the one bathroom was not a problem. The outside shower was a plus. The portable air conditioning kept the living room cool as a gathering spot. We also loved the outdoor space. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Super nice, Kelly was always available to answer whatever questions I had. Because May can be very unpredictable the pool/spa was what sold me. I was not disappointed. One thing I would have liked was a book with instructions for oven, pool, dishwasher, etc. with a list of restaurants and things to do in the area, and a place to write something about the stay. I will definitely come back next year! or maybe during the summer to enjoy the pond which was Crystal clear and inviting. ”

Also to mention, there’s a great little market across the street in less than a minute walk. To say this home was immaculately clean is an understatement! Fully stocked with everything needed. The owners made our stay welcoming with so many extra personal touches that made our stay from start to finish an excellent experience! Highly recommend this home....

“This cottage was our home base for a large family reunion at our cousin’s house in Plymouth. The cottage is delightful, well-appointed, and is across the street from an excellent dog-walking park. We had two of our family dogs along for the trip, and the cottage was very welcoming to them. We’d rent this cottage again in a heartbeat.”

“It was the least expensive option in the area. We feel we got a little better than expected for the price, but there is absolutely no ocean views and you do need a car to get around. Very close to the shopping area of Oak Bluffs. Carpets really need to be cleaned and the furniture was old. The beds were comfortable. Functioning kitchen for cooking in. Did not use grill.”

“Great Location/View Very Clean Living Space. Well Stocked-sample size soap,shampoo,bath+beach towels,tons of books.Nothing missing. Screened-in porch is wonderful. Management company available 24/7,but u r in touch only with corporate call center.Very nice+attentive,but there is only so much they can do and often they didnt have accurate info for this property. They wont put u in direct contyact with local maintenance staff. Issues we had - No A/C. Electric fans are not enough to cool off main...
