“The room was spotless. The bed was very comfortable and the host was quite friendly. The ensuite washroom is small but adequate. The home is about 6 years old and in excellent condition. There is a limited number of accommodations on Gabriola Island and we were happy. We chose this one. There was an outdoor hot tub available however we didn’t use it. We would stay here again should we visit the island in the future ”

“Charming suite with beautiful views of the water. Up to date finishes, newly installed hot tub, and a fire pit (that we unfortunately couldn't take advantage of, due to the fire ban). Grill works great and is directly connected to the gas line, so it heats up incredibly quick!Do note that there is an upper and lower floor, so you may be staying with other guests. “Everything was as easy as you hope it would be when booking a vacation rental. All details were represented accurately in description and pictures. Rental hosts/owners are great in their communication and response time. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here. (Anyone with mobility issues should make sure they can manage the stairs to access the rental.) If we ever stay on Vancouver Island again, we'd live to stay here again ”
