“We stayed one night at The Spot. The parking lot is quite tight and limited, it is also on a busy road, so it can be tricky to get in and out of. We were sent check-in information ahead of time which would allow us to access the hallway door, then access our room door. We did need to contact management twice regarding access - once because the door to the hallway was ajar and not locked when we arrived, then later we realized the access code we were given was incorrect.
