A staff member did come and greet us and assisted us understand that we needed to take an elevator to level 4 for checking in. “Nicest resort in the Carles area. Beautiful beach front setting, room was clean and spacious. Parking area could be improved, but most of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Will stay here again :))”

“The staff and the room are ok. The way to the pool was not really nice. Good is you can park directly in front of the hotel. The breakfast was ok, could be better (american) and have fruits add on. The welcome drink was shameful, a icetee or a coffee stick, at the Voucher was a cocktail.”
