“The staff members were really nice and trying their best given the resources they had. They were young inexperienced in their 20s trying to run the hotel. I ended up giving them some pointers on operations and showing them how to fix the AC. They will do well once the island is completely open up. There were only two small boutique hotels opened with just 12 guests total at the time on the entire island and the only reservation only restaurant didn't open until the next day we were there. ...

“We enjoyed every moment of our time here. The view from our villa was simply stunning. The pool was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the food. The retreats location is very remote and not close to a beach but we hired a moped from them, which was really reasonable and we toured the island exploring beaches and the national park. It was complete tranquility and we will definitely be returning. ”

“The room at Luna Sol was beautiful and clean. The views from the balcony were stunning and the cable cars were not far away as you could see them from the room. We had a great view of the Symphony of the Sea show from our balcony which there are fireworks displays which we got to watch free of charge!! There were multiple buggies that took you from the hotel to anywhere you wanted to go which cost 15,000 vnd pp. Sunset town was amazing, plenty of restaurants and bars, we loved the night...
