“It was great to have the beach to ourselves and be within walking distances to shopping, groceries, restaurants we barely drove our rental at all. Highly recommend walking down the beach. House had everything we needed. Only thing would recommend is bringing stuff for the ocean like a floating toy or similar ”

“The home was comfortable and spacious. The location would have been great if it were not for the smell of rotten eggs that permeated the 2nd bedroom and the outdoors. We understood that it was because of the marsh on both sides and decomposing seagrass but it made the outside unusable and the stay in the second bedroom miserable. “We really enjoyed our stay at Villa by the Sea! Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out (the teenager thought it was really cool to have his own kitchen and bathroom upstairs). “The house was perfect for each family to have their own room - so spacious and comfortable. The teens shared the beds in the loft. We used the sea kayaks and the pool many times and loved the upper deck at night.Shelley and her crew greeted us upon arrival and got us nicely oriented to the house. We also used Shelley to prepare 6 meals total which made our vacation even more relaxing. The house is walkable to a few bars/restaurants but we drive to the grocery and options in “downtown” Hopkins.”
