“Neighborhood is not well cared for-- place opens onto trashy parking lot. Trash and debris outside the door caused a stink/unclean entrance-- should be cleared better. A door mat as you enter apartment would help. Apartment is worn, with basic amenities but all inside was clean and functional, except TV. We had to call host when TV would only show one channel. “Though The apartment is in an older building, the interior is updated with new appliances and furniture giving it a comfortable feel. The surrounding area is very hilly giving you a great calf workout when travelling, but there were very few places to grab food that was within walking distance. Look up not the area when booking to plan ahead.”
