“I’ve never experienced a better staff than these wonderful people at the Altamar, my girlfriend and I had such a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful scenery, beach, pool and food! The staff surprised us on numerous occasions with a romantic dinner table and breakfast table outside with candles and beanbags! This was my first trip to the Philippines and I’ve never in my life received the wonderful treatment of the staff, thank you for everything! This is the #1 place to stay!! ”

“Pros:
Lovely staff, very kind and poligt and would do anything to help.
If you are visiting to do the whale tour, it’s the best location!
Terrace is lovely, directly to the beach.
Negatives:
I found a long woman hair on my pillow as soon as I checked in.
The frogs barking at night wouldn’t allow us to sleep.
The door has a glass towards the hallway, and the hallway has the lights on = The room was full of light at night.
The hotel pictures do not represent the reality of the hotel....

“Wonderful stay! The bungalows are comfortable, the food is great, the personnel really couldn’t be any nicer, and the hotel is on the frontline of the sea within a short walk to the whale shark watching centre.
The staff are amazing! ”

Great stay from start to finish! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and everything felt well maintained. The location was convenient, and the service really stood out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.”
