“NOT Hawks Cay, this property is located at Hawks Cay but J could not go to Hawks Cay unless I paid for a room, which I did and it doubled the expenses I had planned for this trip…. Unacceptable, that should be clearly stated in the property description ! ! No pool is not accurate, since many other townhomes in the community has or has not a pool! “Spacious beautiful place! So much room and very comfortable to stay in. It was a group of 6 of us and we all got our own bed and two bathrooms. Host was kind and answered timely when inquired about anything. Also lots of space to park multiple cars. Deer and roosters around the area, that was cool! Only 45 minutes away from Duval street.”

“The house was everything it claimed to be. They don't allow cats, but said they allow dogs. The only suggestion I would make is that they could invest in a better coffee maker. Next door to the property is a boat dock and rental business- so at times it can get a little loud. But other than that, the property was very nice, and I would recommend it.”
