“Great room”

“The staff were incredibly helpful. One of them, in Picton before we got on the ferry, told us how to see the bioluminescence, which was fantastic. The young man who took us around to feed the animals and the marine biologist who told us about the marine life on the viewing platform were incredibly knowledgable. The room was pretty and we had a good view if we sat outside. We also loved the hammocks and the glow worms.”

“In the harbour area of Port Nelson we were friendly and welcoming greeted by the owner of the lodge. Got a nice studio on the first floor facing the marinas with a small balcony. Nice and clean. Well maintained. Continental breakfast was a good relaxing start and included in the booking. We would gladly return. ”

“After our first day walking the Queen Charlotte Track, the place was an oasis! The room was lovely, the shower perfect and dinner was delicious. They provided a bag lunch on request for our next day. They work well with the cougar line and our bags were in our room when we arrived. It is a lovely resort in a picturesque setting. ”
