“This property was perfectly located to the beach, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We went in October so it was a slower season. We loved it… you could open the door and hear the crash of the waves. Beach access was simple and just across the street. Town is walkable for the most part. During busy season, you probably just want walk most of the time. Everyone was very friendly and will be back. ”

“This property is falling apart. The facility is in drastic need of maintenance and repairs. When we arrived there was standing water in the common areas and lights were intermittently working. The beach is non-existent and the access to the beach was closed off due to the beach erosion. The pools were all closed because they have the potential for undermining. “Very nice property really close to the beach, well kept but the only thing that kept me awake was a leaking faucet but other than that the description of the property is acurate. You are really close to everything from coffee shops to bars and is a quiet neighborhood so you will get some good rest after a bar night. Lol. ”
