“Overall ok. Didn’t know it was a duplex. Listing states whole house. My thoughts were it’s a two story house but instead top/bottom duplex. A little misleading. Could use a good cleaning. There were dead bugs on the floor. Bathroom door handle very loose to the point of about to come off. Location is ok. Close to. 12th street beach entrance. About 15 min walk. ”

“I was warned about the step down into the living room. That got my husband and I quite a few times. We enjoyed the stay and plan to stay here again if available when we visit Tybee. I will mention that the tv in the spare bedroom downstairs would not work with the remote. We changed the batteries but still did not work. Not a big deal to us but you may want to check it out. The house was in a great location to walk to the beach, shops and resteraunts.”

“Super short drives everywhere. 5 minute walk to great coffee & pizza spot. 15 minute walk to beach. Property was very clean & as advertised. ”

“Condo was close to the beach - on a cul-de-sac that connects to a boardwalk that takes you right to the beach in a couple of minutes. We are a family of 5 with teenagers plus a family friend. Plenty of room and it was nice having the master suite on its own level on the 3rd floor. It also has a pull-out sleeper sofa that we didn't need. The condo was well-equipped and clean. The only complaint is that the advertised grill was not in very usable condition. I had to clean it well and still had...

“We enjoyed our stay here, total of 5 of us.Each bedroom was used, and all beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels provided as well. Great location to the beach area, short walk. Nice quiet neighborhood. We only cooked one day in, but had all pans and dishes needed. Only thing we wished they had were beach chairs accessible to use, as we spent a lot of time on the beach. Weather was beautiful!”
