“The apartment looked amazing in the photos, which is why I booked it. Unfortunately, my experience was very different. The check-in process was not smooth. When I entered the room, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I requested a different room, but I was told the property was fully booked, so I had no choice but to stay. Although the air conditioning worked well, the room itself was run down. Many of the fixtures appeared to be made from low-quality materials and were already falling...

“The property looks even better in-person. We booked the penthouse and we were blown away by how luxurious it was. Rhe arwa is secure and we felt safe the entire time. The only real downside was the Wi-Fi and the food delivery took way too long to arrive. The foid was really tasty though so that made up for the wait. Also there were hidden nightly fees so make sure to read the fine print before booking.”

“The room that I rented was a room inside of an apartment. The second bedroom and sitting room belonged to a different guest. I paid via Hotels.com an Yp George Hotel told me that if I wanted to extend my stay that I would have to pay cash, if not for me to check out. That they had no affiliation with Hotels.com. I paid for a room with a kitchen, the stove didn't work bc it didn't have electricity, only used a generator.”
